The Mt.Eliza Family Chiropractic Clinic has six chiropractors, three myotherapists and five chiropractic assistants as part of our wonderful team.
Our chiropractors have a combined experience of over 100 years in chiropractic. With such a huge volume of experience on hand you can feel sure that your family is in the right place. For over 30 years Mt.Eliza Family Chiropractic has provided care to members of our local and extended community including Mt.Eliza, Frankston, Mornington, Karingal, Carrum Downs, Somerville, Seaford, Baxter, Cranbourne, Pearcedale and beyond.
Dr Glenn Maginness
Infant and Child Chiropractor
Dr Glenn Maginness graduated in 1986 from RMIT University as a Doctor of Chiropractic and has lived, worked in Mt. Eliza ever since.
Dr. Maginness’ special interest, in fact his passion is infants and children’s health and since 2002 he has exclusively seen only children as patients. Glenn holds a Masters degree in Chiropractic Paediatrics and is one of only a handful of Chiropractors Australia wide to have achieved this degree. In fact Glenn holds seminars throughout Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa and the U.K., lecturing to other chiropractors in the field of Chiropractic Paediatrics.
Glenn lives here on the Mornington Peninsula with his wife Lindy and three children. Glenn’s practice and family has been in Mt.Eliza now for over 40 years and hence his roots are firmly planted in in his community – and he will be here for many years to come.
Dr Jemima Hoult
Chiropractor
Dr. Jemima Hoult graduated from RMIT in 1999 with a double degree in a Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. After beginning practice at a Sports Chiropractic Clinic in Sandringham, Dr. Jem joined the team at MECC in 2002 whilst furthering her studies in Chiropractic Paediatrics. Dr. Jem welcomes and enjoys treating patients of any age at MECC. You will often see her looking after entire families including babies, children, parents and grandparents! Dr. Jem will tailor her chiropractic care to best suit the patient; reflecting their age or stage of life, the patient’s health history and their treatment preferences. Jem has a particular interest in; Care of the pregnant patient, developmental delay in the preschool /school aged child, adolescent health & wellness, adult health & wellbeing and managing spinal health whilst working from home, integrative holistic health care and discussing additional preventative care for the patient in their home & work life and spinal care and maintaining fitness in the transition to retirement.
Dr. Laura Lawrence
Chiropractor
Dr. Laura Lawrence graduated from RMIT in 2002 with a double degree in Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical) and Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. After beginning practice as a 3rd generation Chiropractor in her family’s clinic in the Melbourne CBD she joined the team at MECC in 2002. Dr. Laura has enjoyed treating patients of all ages from children and their parents, up to and including their grandparents! Dr. Laura has a particular interest in child postural and neurological development, scoliosis and sports injury management, Women’s health (from puberty to menopause) and aging. Over the last two decades Dr. Laura has focused on the management, support and co-ordination of complex pain including disc and nerve injuries, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and pre/post operative care. Dr. Laura is trained in cold laser therapy and has a Graduate Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and a Masters of Wellness.
Dr Robert Warren
Chiropractor
Dr Robert Warren has been a member of our practice since 2007. Dr Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Neurology from Melbourne University, a Bachelor of Complimentary Medicine and a Masters Degree in Clinical Chiropractic from RMIT. Dr Rob has clinical expertise in nutrition, neurology and sports chiropractic. As well as treating paediatrics. As a former basketball and a new golfer, Rob enjoys helping athletes correct imbalances that are preventing them from peak performance in sport and in the gym.
Dr Hayley Maginness
Chiropractor
Dr Hayley Maginness graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor degree in Health Science (Chiropractic) and a Masters degree in Chiropractic.
She has completed post-graduate studies in Chiropractic Paediatrics and therefore has a special interest in infant and children’s health and wellbeing. Hayley comes from a family boasting six chiropractors, and as such is an enthusiastic and passionate advocate for maximising your health through chiropractic and a naturally healthy lifestyle. Dr Hayley has also completed her diploma of Breastfeeding Management ensuring she can provide the best care for new mums and help support optimal health for infants.
Dr Brianna Maginness
Chiropractor
Dr. Brianna Maginness graduated with Distinction from RMIT University, holding a double Bachelor Degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic). She graduated at the top of her class and received the Academic Excellence award for her five-year course.
Coming from a family of chiropractors, Dr. Brianna is deeply passionate about health and wellness, with a particular focus on paediatric care. She has completed post graduate studies in Chiropractic Paediatrics and pregnancy, and therefore has a strong passion caring for infant’s health and development. As a Focus Certified Provider, Dr. Brianna has specialised training in working with children with behavioural, learning, socialisation, and developmental challenges. Her Focus certification equips her to understand the developmental trajectory of childhood and the clinical implications of stress on the developing brain. This allows her to effectively support families impacted by these challenges, helping them achieve a better expression of life.
Currently, Dr. Brianna is focused exclusively on paediatric patients, no longer accepting new adult patients to dedicate her expertise to children’s health and development.
Dr Marcello Manteit
Chiropractor
Dr Marcello Manteit graduated from RMIT University with a double Bachelor Degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic). Dr Marcello has completed further studies in Chiropractic paediatrics and is currently completing his certification in Applied Kinesiology.
You will often find Marcello seeing full families including kids, teenagers, mums, dads and grandparents! Marcello utilises many different techniques in practice, including Cold Laser Therapy, and understands that not every body responds the same to each technique, and he is able to utilise different management approaches depending on what your body and nervous system requires.
He continues to attend post-graduate seminars focusing on chiropractic techniques and all things health and wellness to advance his knowledge and skills as a chiropractor.
Dr Kerryn Sullivan
Chiropractor
Dr Kerryn Sullivan graduated from RMIT University with a double Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic). Dr Kerryn worked successfully for many years as a Myotherapist before transitioning to Chiropractic, resulting in her being a very experienced and well-rounded practitioner.
Dr Kerryn is passionate about Chiropractic and utilises a range of different techniques tailored to each individual. She is passionate about whole family wellness and loves working with all family members to achieve optimal health with chiropractic care. Dr Kerryn is committed to continuing education, always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and improve her skills to ensure she is providing the most beneficial care to her patients.
Dr Kerryn lives locally on the Mornington peninsula with her husband and four children.
Our clinic also offers the combined experience of three fully qualified Myotherapists. Myotherapy and Massage Therapy are available every day in our practice.

Danielle Mortimer
Myotherapist
Danielle also has an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage (Myotherapy), which includes proficiency in dry needling, cupping, exercise rehabilitation, TENS and bio-feedback. Danni has a special interest in working with athletes and improving sports performance. With sportsmen and women Danni focuses specifically on rehabilitation, injury prevention, as well as maximising athletic performance.
Danni recently participated in a study looking at the effect of massage on knee mobility. The results were very positive, clearly demonstrating the potential amazing benefits of myotherapy for both elite athletes, as well as for ‘weekend joggers’.
Sergey Midlovets
Myotherapist
Serge has worked for over 20 years in the health and wellness field. He studied at the London College of Massage in the late 1990’s where his career began as a personal masseur for a touring European acrobatic circus!
Serge has extensive experience with all aspects of myotherapy including dry needling, cupping, exercise rehabilitation and kinesiology. Serge has also recently completed a Diploma in Kinesiology which he is now incorporating into his treatments
Over the last few years Serge has worked with a number of sporting teams, including the Australian Defence Force Football Teams; both male and female. Serge provides wholistic assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of muscular and joint conditions that may arise from any sporting, overuse or workplace injuries.
